Weight Loss Smoothies Sunshine Smoothie
The bright orange color and equally bright flavor of this smoothie make it a great one for early mornings or a hot afternoon. It’s also loaded with 150% of the RDA of beta carotene or Vitamin A and 105% of your Vitamin C, two powerful immune boosters. A low calorie antioxidant orange and carrot smoothie for the Nutribullet, Ninja, or any blender
Ingredients
· 2 medium carrots, cut in chunks
· 1 medium juice orange
· ½ medium lemon, peel included
· About ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (to fill line)
Instructions
1. Place everything into the NutriBullet and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
